No. We only hold a property once the security deposits have been paid.

No, the security deposits to hold a property for you are not refundable if you should cancel an application.

The security deposit's are required to hold the property prior to move-in. First month's rent is due prior to moving in to the home as well. Last month's rent would required in some circumstances, but that would be discussed with you beforehand.

Late fees are assessed after the third day of the month.

The landlord or you will pay for repairs as defined in your lease agreement.

Residents must provide a written notice 60 days prior to move-out. The move-out date must be provided at that time as well.

The lease terms will vary based on what you, the owner, want and need. We have month to month agreements (at a premium), six month contracts, 1 year, or even 2 year lease terms if you prefer.

We can begin managing and marketing your property as soon as a Property Management Agreement (PMA) is signed.
